Lovely cafe, service was pleasant. Good coffee and yummy gorgeous cupcakes. The red velvet lamington was a bit dry and bland, but perhaps just not to my taste. A nice place to rest after visiting the art gallery, and a nice place to read for a little while. I sadly missed the monthly silent book club. Have not yet tried the amazing-looking milkshakes but will do so next time.
A great place for deserts and meals. Recommended for breakfasts and lunches
Yummy food. Nice milkshakes. Well done. Only problem is that my eggs were overcooked. Hard poached eggs are not good enough. Otherwise love the place. Nice atmosphere. Lovely staff. Great for taking kids. Will be going back
My daughter and I really enjoyed the hospitality at this quirky cafe. After a recommendation from a friend my daughter ordered the pulled pork chili tacos.. they were to die for!!!! I ordered the pumpkin quinoa salad which was also delicious! Atmosphere is ambient with a variety of age groups and easy listening music playing in the background. Would recommend.
The food was delicious and mega IG-able! Will definitely be coming back.
Cute, bubbly and unusual. This place is a must do if you have children. We went on a special occasion bday and had late breakfast and crazy shakes. The eggs on sourdough with avo and relish were delicious, as where the Cesar eggs. Our little boy had the Lp plate and it came with a grilled cheese muffin, a water melon and strawberry skewer and a ginger bread cookie, he also got to choose a shake flavour as part of the meal. The young girls at the counter and on the floor where completly attentive, polite and helpful. The look on my husband and son's face when the crazy drinks arrived was worth the visit alone, but still a very strong stand alone cafe, even without the gimmic. Good work.
Great food, and good staff. We've been there a number of times, and have loved our experiences to do with food and such. The only issue that we've had is that they won't exchange change unless you are eating there at that exact time, which I got told pretty bluntly. It doesn't put the float out and is not too difficult to do. Other stores will do it no problem.
